Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a calcium-based mineral that makes up roughly 97% of tooth enamel and 70% of dentin — a fundamental building block of teeth and bone. It is not an exotic additive: it is the mineral your teeth are already made of, which is exactly why we chose it as the hero ingredient in a fluoride-free formula.
We use it in a micro particle size, milled fine enough to blend smoothly into everyday brushing, where it gently cleans and polishes the tooth surface for a naturally brighter, healthy-looking finish.

What’s Not in ENML
- No fluoride. We use micro-hydroxyapatite instead, with no fluorosis risk.
- No SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate). The harsh detergent that can irritate sensitive mouths.
- No titanium dioxide. The whitening opacifier banned as a food additive in the EU.
- No synthetic dyes. Your toothpaste doesn’t need to be neon.

Sustainability, Honestly
We don’t claim to have solved everything. What we have done: eliminated the plastic toothpaste tube, eliminated the plastic mouthwash jug, and moved the toothbrush handle from plastic to bamboo. Our refills ship in recyclable paperboard. It’s a starting point, not a finish line.
