Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

These Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms apply to all ENML subscription plans and form part of, and incorporate, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.
How ENML subscriptions work
An ENML subscription delivers the products you choose on a recurring schedule that you select at checkout (for example, every 1, 3, or 6 months). Subscriptions include member pricing and free U.S. shipping, and you stay in control of your schedule at all times.
Automatic renewal & billing
Your ENML subscription renews automatically and continues until you cancel — there is no fixed end date. By subscribing, you authorize ENML and our billing provider to automatically charge your selected payment method the recurring price shown at checkout, on the delivery frequency you selected, for each order in your subscription.
- You are charged for each upcoming order on your selected schedule.
- We email you an upcoming-order reminder before each renewal, so you always know when the next charge and shipment are coming.
- Your recurring price and next order date are always shown in your account.
Pricing & changes
Your recurring price is the amount shown at checkout when you subscribe and in your account. If we ever change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance — at least 7 days before the change takes effect, or as otherwise required by law — and tell you how to cancel before the new price applies.
Managing your subscription
You’re always in control. From your account you can:
- Skip, delay, or reschedule an order
- Change your products, quantity, or delivery frequency
- Swap items or add one-time products
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Pause or cancel anytime
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime, online, with no fees and no phone call required. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at enml.com/account and open Manage Subscriptions → Cancel; or
- Use the manage/cancel link included in any order confirmation or upcoming-order reminder email; or
- Email us at info@enml.com and we’ll help.
To avoid your next charge, please cancel before your next scheduled order date (shown in your account and in your reminder emails). Cancellation applies to future orders; any order already placed or in process will still ship.
Refunds & returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy (30-day return window). If something isn’t right with an order, contact us at info@enml.com.
